With over a decade of hands-on experience in property development and management, Josh brings a deep understanding of land acquisition and the planning process.
A former firefighter of 14 years, his commitment to community is at the heart of every project. Having trained under industry leader Rosey Cassidy through Land Sourcing Mastery, Josh works closely with expert architects, developers, and solicitors to deliver outstanding value for landowners.
Known for his honest, people-first approach, he’s passionate about unlocking opportunities that benefit both landowners and the wider community.
